I'm excited to offer Deep Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and pre- and post- surgical  Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)*,  for healing and recovery. 

 

Massage is very helpful for most stressors and conditions that challenge us. Let me help you feel and be better!

I offer 6-session packages for Lymphatic Drainage because they are done in a series, ranging from 6-15 sessions. This modality improves the efficiency of the lymphatic system by 7 times but that lasts for a day and a half. Buy a package of 6 ($415). Text me if you would like to do that.

I now offer home massage sessions if you would rather me come to you. Text or call me to talk about the details. 336-955-7617.

I am flexible to accommodate you on the weekend. Text or call me and if I can come in to give you a massage, I surely will.

The Healing Hideaway is located at 3410 Healy Drive in Winston-Salem, NC, 27103; and located on the second floor in Suite 201-A. For your convenience, there is a wide and open stairwell ascending from the front lobby area or an elevator is located behind the stairs.
