This is a great massage that focuses on the release of trigger points/knots of stress that come from life and living. I follow what I call your trigger point map, massaging and moving from one muscle to the next achieving release. This is not typically a full body massage, but only area specific; addressing conditions and pain. Each area is finished with soothing hot stones. Book today! Cancellation Policy

For cancelations, please contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you will be arriving late for your appointment, please call or text 828-273-4445. Arriving late may result in a shortened massage session in order to accommodate following appointments. Please note, a shortened massage session does not affect the price of the originally booked session.
