This is a longer version of the 60 minute massage...a great massage that focuses on the release of trigger points/knots of stress that come from life and living. I follow what I call your trigger point map, massaging and moving from one muscle to the next achieving release. This can still be a massage that focuses on certain areas, or it can be a massage that knocks out the focus areas and relaxingly includes the rest of the body...as always, each area is finished with soothing hot stones.
